Is it normal for a brand new 2008 Civic's A/C engine fan motor (the engine fan motor on the driver's side) to constantly turn on and off every 20 seconds and run at only a high speed? The "technician" at the dealer said it is normal but I compared it with another Honda Civic and it is not normal. Is is noisy and annoying. It revs up at a high speed for 20 seconds, shuts off for 5 seconds, then repeats this cycle over and over again. Anyone have thoughts on this? Question Shocked
